This has been one of my favorites, but I absolutely do get how difficult it can be to keep things running smoothly year after year.

I myself probably did not post a thank you - my gift arrived when I went into the hospital and it took weeks for me to have the energy to open the package after I got home. I'll need to check the comm to see if I posted a thank you - and will rectify that if I didn't.
