Please remember that this year, with us sending out a survey to help with matching, we need more information about both what you like and what you make. Feel free to include links etc. When we send out the survey, it will ask you for the names of people you would love to receive craft from, those you'd like to make craft for, and those you're not a compatible match with. These surveys will be private to the mods only.

Name: We don’t need your real name right now. We'll ask for that when we get your address for your crafter.
Email: PLEASE make sure it’s one that you check regularly. There are a few times throughout the fest that we will need to get a hold of you via email.
Things you love: We need to know what hobbies, interests and fandoms make you happy. Please be specific as you can, from favorite color, favorite character, favorite song, etc etc...You don’t want a Gryffindor scarf if you’re in Slytherin now do you? Or let's say you put that one of your interests is horses, but you are terrified of unicorns, you wouldn’t want any of those showing up on an embroidered thing, would you? Also, if you don’t want fandom related things, or only want fandom related things, let us know that too. Same goes for interests and hobbies.
Any allergies/postal restrictions/simple DNWs: Allergies--we need to know all the things you can’t have from food allergies to scents and fibers. Postal restrictions--are there things your country won’t let be sent through the mail? Sometimes this differs if the packages are sent internationally or within the same country. Simple Do Not Wants--This is the place to put things you just don’t like, crafts you really don’t want to receive. It's too hot for woollens? Don’t want to receive the same type of craft that you make? This is the place to tell us.
What kind of crafter are you? What are you willing to gift? Are you a potter or a woodworker? A knitter or a junk journaller? Do you dabble in a bunch of things? Are the things connected by medium? If so, are there things you DON’T do? This is a chance to talk about the crafts you love to do.
What country do you live in? and Are you willing to ship internationally? These two go together. If you live outside the USA, and can't ship internationally for whatever reason, we might still be able to match you. Get in touch with the mods to talk more. This year, we need everyone to track their parcels and make sure to tick 'gift' on the customs declaration, thanks!

Things you Geek About (interests, hobbies, fandoms):

General Interests: Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Arts & Crafts (the aesthetic movement), Mucha, Erte, Liberty of London, Egyptian Revival, Gothic Revival, Fairy Tales, Judaism, Celtic Music, Textiles.

Colors: Favorites are metallics, orange, blue, green, purple. In truth, I love all colors, but not all at once. Monocromatic schemes are pure love. I don't wear a lot of red, but if red is your favorite color to work in, that would e fine, too. I prefer jewel tones over pastels, matte metallics over shiny metals, vintage looks over modern.

Craftwise: I've been involved in jewelry crafts since my early teens, and now, primarily the beading arts.

Fandoms: I'm currently enjoying Kingsman (first movie, not second), White Collar (old fandom delight), The Flash (first and second season only). I have a fannish interest in Morse’verse - Inspector Morse, Lewis, and Endeavour. I am also falling into the Mandalorian fandom and by extension, Star Wars.

That being said, I don't have any particular interest in receiving a fannish gift, but if my recipient wants something fannish, I'll be happy to try and make it.

Any allergies/postal restrictions/simple DNWs: No food, please. No plastics, please. Nothing scented. No candles or anything to burn.
What country do you live in? U.S.
Are you willing to ship internationally? Yes, but I need to know that my recipient is not in the US before I start creating.

What kind of crafter are you?/What are you willing to gift? I currently do many different kinds of beadword – bead weaving, bead embroidery, pearl stringing and knotting, and kumihimo (with and without beads). My preferred materials are glass beads, natural stone, pearls of all shapes and sizes. I work in all colors except black, and generally take a very holistic approach to creation (which means I kind of suck at following patterns and prefer to invent my own designs once I learn a technique). I would be happy to gift a custom-made necklace and/or bracelet and/or earrings in a style my recipient would like. I tend to enjoy working on larger, showier pieces, but I can scale back if I have to.

Are you willing to pinch hit if necessary? Yes.
What about if shipping is paid for? I'll ship in the US, priority mail, and will not require that it be paid for.
If you participated in last round, who did you create for/who created for you?: 2020 I made for Ambyr, and I had two pinch hitters, YourLibrarian and another creator whose name I can’t recall.
